Eric is an experienced litigator, having practiced extensively in the areas of mortgage banking litigation, consumer finance litigation, real property disputes, business litigation, and intellectual property litigation. Eric's areas of expertise include lender liability defense (both origination and servicing-related), loan fraud recovery, lien priority disputes, and investor repurchase disputes. Eric also has extensive experience handling trademark, trade dress, copyright and design patent infringement, as well as trade secret, business disputes, and class action litigation. Most recently the Managing Partner of a twenty-five attorney firm with three offices in two states, Eric has developed an unparalleled ability to manage all facets of litigation and to directly and efficiently satisfy clients' needs. Eric takes great pride in his ability to see the big picture for his clients and provides personal, high quality attention to their matters. Through Eric's career, he has been instrumental in overseeing a multitude of litigated matters to successful results. Eric has implemented efficient, high quality solutions to clients' needs, and has become known and trusted for his candid legal analyses.

Eric has been a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, the Intellectual Property Law section of the California state bar, as well as the Orange County and Los Angeles County Bar Associations. Eric has been a speaker for the Mortgage Bankers Association on topics related to residential loan fraud and lender liability issues, and has also presented seminars on handling intellectual property litigation and preparing corporate clients for depositions. Eric has also volunteered to counsel humanities students and members of the Campus wide Honors Program at UC Irvine on opportunties in the legal profession. Eric also served as an Adjunct Professor of law at Western State University College of law, where he taught Legal Research and Writing. Finally, Eric was recently elected to the Southwestern University School of Law Alumni Board of Trustees.
